Getting Started With Us

Are you ready to get started on your journey towards a stronger, more independent you? Getting started with Cortex Physiotherapy is simple and designed to feel supportive from the very first step. Simply reach out to us via phone, email, or click the link below to arrange your initial consultation.

We’ll organise this at a time and place that suits you, whether that’s in our clinic in Kilmarnock, in the comfort of your own home, or another convenient location. This first session is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we take the time to get to know you. We’ll discuss your current challenges, your goals, and gather all the key information needed to understand your situation, allowing you to ask questions and explore how we can help without any obligation.

From there, if you’re happy to move forward, we’ll arrange a full initial assessment. This is a more in-depth and comprehensive session where we carry out a detailed physical assessment alongside everything we’ve already discussed. We combine these findings with your personal goals to create a tailored rehabilitation plan designed specifically around what matters most to you.

Once your plan is in place, we begin treatment, working with you step by step to build strength, improve mobility, and support you in regaining confidence and independence in your everyday life.
